Refund Policy

The website listed above, hereinafter referred to as "Website" is operated by the following party: Katelyn Topping-Spoerl, an individual based in the state of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") For any questions or comments regarding this Refund Policy, customers may contact: katelyntoppingspoerl@gmail.com. Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:

• Return the item within 7 days after the delivery date.

• Ensure the item is in its original condition and unopened.

• Cancel an accidental order within seven days.

• Refunds may be denied if the item has been partially opened or in cases of abuse.

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within three to five days.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund. In case of approved return, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer. Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items. Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund.
